In 2022, during the first major electricity cutoffs caused by the war in Ukraine, I sourced and imported 211 diesel generators (150–1000 kVA). I also established new partnerships in Qatar and Lebanon and created new logistics routes to ensure delivery during wartime disruptions, providing critical power when it was needed most. 

Warehouse Robots Import & Automation Project

Successfully executed a project to source and import warehouse robots from China, integrating them into warehouse operations to enhance automation and efficiency.
The project included supplier selection in China, international procurement, logistics coordination, customs clearance of robotic systems. The implemented solution optimized picking, internal transport, and sorting processes.

I built hands-on experience importing and supplying retail equipment, including commercial ovens, refrigerators, lighting systems, aquariums, trolleys, and related infrastructure. I managed supplier sourcing, international procurement, and logistics coordination to ensure reliable delivery and quality standards for retail operations.

Successfully Imported a Pancake Machine from Taiwan

I recently found and successfully imported a professional pancake-making machine from Taiwan. The most exciting part? It cost €250,000 less than the same equipment offered in Europe! This project required careful research, negotiation with suppliers, and managing logistics across borders. It’s a great example of my ability to identify cost-effective solutions, execute complex international purchases, and bring innovative equipment to my business efficiently.
